Robert Michael Kennedy

A Chartered Accountant and a consultant to Kennedy & Co, Chartered Accountants, a firm he founded. Mr Kennedy has been a director since 14 December 2001. Mr Kennedy is the Chairman of Beach Petroleum Limited (Director since 1991, Chairman since 1995), Maximus Resources Limited (since 2004), Monax Mining Limited (since 2004), Ramelius Resources Limited (since 2004) and Eromanga Uranium Limited (since 2006).
Mr Kennedy brings to the Board his expertise in finance and management consultancy and extensive experience as chairman and non-executive director of a range of listed public companies.
Mr Kennedy is a member of the Audit Committee.

Ewan John Vickery

A director since 16 June 2001. Mr Vickery is a corporate and business lawyer with over 30 years experience in private practice in Adelaide. He has acted as an advisor to companies on a variety of corporate and business issues including capital and corporate restructuring, native title and land access issues, and as lead native title advisor and negotiator for numerous mining and petroleum companies.
Mr Vickery is a Director of Eromanga Uranium Limited (since 2006), Maximus Resources Limited (since 2004) and member of the Exploration Committee of the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy Inc, the International Bar Association Energy and Resources Law Section, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a past national president of Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association (AMPLA Limited).
Mr Vickery is the Chairman of the audit committee.

Gary Sutherland

Mr Sutherland has more than 24 years experience in the Australian resources industry across a range of minerals and metals, including iron ore, gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc and uranium.
He has extensive experience in both operations and project roles, having filled senior leadership roles with Pasminco, WMC and BHPBilliton over the last decade. Broad project management experience has been gained over various greenfield and brownfield projects across a range of commodities. |

David Wayne Godfrey

Mr Godfrey has been FMS's Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer since 11 November 2008. He has more than 24 years experience in the resources and finance industries and is a member of Australian Society of CPAs, Financial Services Institute, Chartered Secretaries Australia and Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He has previously held senior finance roles in major corporations and for the Treasury of New Zealand and has served as secretary of numerous publicly listed and subsidiary companies for the Normandy Mining Limited Group, Newmont Australia Limited Group and Uranium Exploration Australia Limited.

David Hamilton Tucker
Exploration Manager - Diamonds and Phosphate

Dr Tucker has worked with Flinders Mines Ltd’s diamond and phosphate exploration program since 2007. Dr Tucker is a geophysicist and consultant with 35 years experience in multi-commodity mineral and petroleum exploration in Australia and overseas. His career has involved him in programs with both government and private sector companies.
Dr Tucker was previously Principal Research Scientist with the Federal Government’s airborne geophysical survey where he oversaw the introduction of high quality geophysical imagery for the exploration industry. Subsequently, he has been the designer and quality controller in some of the largest new airborne magnetic and radiometric surveys in Australia’s history.
He has been a principal in a petroleum exploration joint venture in the South Australian Stansbury Basin and was founding shareholder, chairman and managing director of the Kalahari Mining NL group of companies which were exploring in Namibia and Botswana for base metals and gold.

Nicholas John Corlis
Exploration Manager - Iron

Mr Corlis has over 12 years experience as a geochemist and geologist in multi-commodity mineral exploration including gold, base metals and coal, and has been involved in several discoveries. He has extensive project management experience working as both a principal consultant for Golder Kingett Mitchell in New Zealand and exploration roles for WMC Resources and the Gutnick group of companies.
In his previous role as Exploration Manager for Perilya Ltd, Mr Corlis opened the Adelaide office in 2007, built up exploration teams for both Queensland and South Australia, extended the Mt Oxide copper resource by 80% and led the development the Reliance non-sulphide zinc deposit into the feasibility stage.

Mr Rapaic has 18 years domestic and international experience in the resources industry across a broad range of commodities including iron ore, coal, manganese, copper and uranium.
He has broad experience in technical, operational, project and senior management roles having managed mining operations and mine development projects in Australia and overseas for large mining companies and Australian mining contractors. |

Mr Anstey has over 20 years domestic and international experience working in the resources industry across a range of minerals and metals including base metals, coal, iron ore and gold.
He has both site and corporate experience in the disciplines of health, safety, environment and risk management.

Mark Watson
Manager Project Services
CPA, BAcc, BEc
Mr Watson has over 15 years experience in finance, accounting and project controls fields in a variety of industries including mining, oil and gas and the travel industry.
Over the last decade, Mr Watson has held several management roles at BHP Billiton and more recently was the Project Controls Manager for the Mining area of the Olympic Dam Expansion project and also for the Mine Autonomy project. Prior to these roles he was the Group Financial Controller for the Sealink Travel Group and managed the Shared Services accounting and finance functions for the Australian Petroleum and Energy Coal assets at BHP Billiton.
